Hey all Just a quick note Debbie Bliss is on her latest fundraising mission for a charity called SCOPE which helps children that suffer with Cerebral palsy.

She is planning to cycle from the North to the South of Vietnam in October this year. This will be 475 km’s of tough undulating turrain.
