Wether you call it Personal Training or Coaching, it's all the same. Although, as a coach I see my role as coach as being slightly different to that of many Personal Trainers. I am on hand to help you find the right path for you, be it fitness, nutrition, career, life the universe;-)  But seriously, we all have so much going on in our head on a day to day basis. I have tools to help you make sense of all those things and filter out the most pressing issues that can help you, or hinder you. These tools can then be used by you daily to help you change your life for the better in so many ways.

Due to the range of Judith’s qualifications, programmes for coaching can be varied and can include a range of the following……

Stability Ball – Pilates – Spin Fit – Aqua Aerobics & Rehab – Resistance Training – Punching Pad Work - Flexibility Training – Gym work – Outdoor Activities – Psychological Skills/Tools - Neuro Linguistic Programming Techniques (NLP) – Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) –Acupressure, Swedish & Sports & Remedial Massage

You have to agree to it first, so don’t panic if you’re not ready to run or do full press up's just yet, that’s fine!

Options

1:1 Just you and your coach. A 1 hour complimentary session to assess where you are and where you want to be.How we can work together and agree on our roles and an action plan. This covers coaching sessions and sessions you will do yourself, outwith coaching hours.


 

 

 

1:2 You, a friend or family member and your coach. Both of you work together to encourage and keep on track during the week. And of course split the cost between you. A 1 hour complimentary session to assess where you both are and where you want to be.How we can all work together and agree on our roles and action plan. This covers coaching sessions and sessions you will do yourselves, outwith coaching hours.


Small Group of family/ friends. More suitable for fitness & weight loss than lifestyle coaching. You can all keep each other going through the week when I’m not there to shout at you!!!! Oh I’m sorry, ‘softly encourage you’ ;-) And share the cost! A 1 hour complimentary session to assess where you all are and where you want to be. The group sessions need to be with people with similar needs and fitness levels to ensure effective team working. How we can all work together and agree on our roles and action plan. This covers coaching sessions and sessions you will do yourselves, outwith coaching hours.
