Stress and strains of everyday life can take their toll on the machine we call our body. You wouldn’t drive a car 15,000 miles a year and not get it serviced for 4 or 5 years at a time, so why do it to your body!?

At Origins we like to look at prevention of Injury, so encourage regular maintenance as opposedmassage guys.jpg to the all too common, fix it when it’s broken.

Your options... 

  • ½ hour massage session – time enough to work on a chosen area ie, neck and shoulders or neck & back or legs, etc
  • 1 hour massage session – to give a massage to legs, back, shoulders, neck & arms.
  • 1 hour 30 mins – As with the hours massage but more time to work on any problem areas whilst not neglecting the rest of your hard working muscles & joints.

NB First session, please allow an extra 15 minutes to treatment time to allow for consultation.
